Kidney Lens is an observational food and nutrient log for discussion with your care team — not a diagnosis and not a dose recommendation. It shows potassium, phosphorus, sodium, and protein as honest ranges from government nutrient data, never a verdict on a food and never a personal nutrient limit — your renal dietitian sets your targets.

Use of Kidney Lens

Kidney Lens is an observational tracking and education app. You are responsible for the information you enter and for confirming any scanned estimates before saving them. Kidney Lens is not a medical device and is not a substitute for care from your renal dietitian, nephrologist, pharmacist, or other qualified provider.

No medical advice

Kidney Lens does not provide diagnosis, treatment, a food verdict, a personal nutrient target, dosing instructions, binder amounts, fluid instructions, medication changes, or any interpretation of laboratory results. Any educational material is general and cited. Do not use Kidney Lens output to make medication, diet, fluid, or lab decisions.

Subscriptions

Kidney Lens Pro is offered through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, trial availability, renewal, cancellation, billing retry, grace period, refund, and revocation are managed by Apple and shown in the App Store purchase sheet. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for medical, nutrition, medication, data-entry, or third-party service decisions made outside the app.
